*Job Brief: *This an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide nursing, dementia & end of life care for the residents of a small-sized care home located in New Malden.

* Caring for patients requiring dementia, palliative, nursing, residential & elderly care.
* Some nursing duties are; creating care plans, medication, catheterisation, taking blood, overseeing care staff, leasing with GPs and relatives and promoting independence
* You must hold an active NMC pin with an Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability Nursing Qualification
* Hours are full-time or part-time (48 - 24 hours per week)
* Shifts are 12 hours on a rolling rota each week, 07:45 - 20:00 or 19:45 - 08:00, 4 weeks in advance and may involve alternate weekends.
* Salary is £20.00 - £24.00 per hour with paid breaks
* Day and Night shift contracts are available

*Experience and personal attributes*
* Minimum of 1-year post-qualifying nursing experience
* You have experience in; elderly, dementia, and palliative care within a Care Home environment
* A caring and compassionate professional plus, a first-class communicator, enthusiastic & ambitious
* Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
* Experience in producing well-developed care plans & risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks

*Qualifications*
* A Nursing qualification can consider Adult, Learning Disability & Mental Health trained
